Star of the Week!

Congratulations to Pro-Active Community member Justin, being awarded Star of the Week is a huge achievement.

AI - like it or fear it, IT is very much here to stay.

✨With that in mind, education and getting things wrong in a safe space is the only way to learn and benefit from all the positives AI and digital tech can offer.

🖥️Week 7 of the Accessible Digital Skills course at East Surrey College proved a huge eye opener for not only the student adult learners, but their carers and support staff too.

👏🏼Copilot was our learning mission this week, creating lists, writing emails, and exploring how changing the command prompts effects the responses. We even asked it to create an easy read poster version with images on explaining what command prompts do!

👏🏼In honesty what we are seeing is such incredible reciprocal learning did we appreciate how this Course would mutually benefit students and lecturers alike? Richard Collins has embraced easy read and accessible teaching, adapting the session so fully, providing output tailored to learners with such a committed approach.
