Time to Quality Check for Pro-Active Community member Robert visiting one of Active Prospects UK homes based in Redhill.

🤝When one of the people living here was asked about his staff, he responded with a broad smile and one word - ‘mates’, his chosen word for people he trusts and enjoys spending time with.

🌱From a fear of the communal garden, needing one of his own for a feeling of safety and security, to spending so much time outside in the shared spaces this warm, welcoming home offer, a clear indicator of living in the right place with the right support.

📑The final report will go the manager Chris Lloyd who provides the large staff team with hands on leadership, and a very open approach to support.

When asked about people’s hobbies and interests, Chris was quick to share,

“My favourite part, everyone’s lives are so different we have staff teams who share time with people doing what each likes to do, such a great chance for everybody”
