Lloyds Community Foundation grant update
These meetings are taking shape to create the strategy and new direction for Pro-Active Community members, thanks for the Lloyds Community Grant, supporting across 3 years.
Pro-Active Chair Emma Jane, Co-chair Michael and Marketing & Fundraising Assistant Matthew, joined Janine Edwards from Silverdale Associates, General Manager Candice and Trustee Helen in discussing the ideas shaped using their feedback from the in person meetings earlier this year where all members fed back their ideas.
Focus on the core values continues to be front and centre, Connect Support Achieve will be the foundation that continues to be built on. Members were all very clear this is important to campaign effectively.
The mission and future goals will be made into group plans for Board discussion, and we are delighted to confirm Janine will continue as Fundraising Consultant for the next stage of the Lloyds Grant consultancy support.
‘We are excited to see what is to come and know this is a chance for PAC to grow its members, and provide a platform for people with Learning Disability to be seen, heard and listened to, so we can campaign for action to make the changes we need for a more equitable society, health, employment and care provisions’
