Collaborate Surrey 2026 - Co-production Network bring us all together

Collaborate Surrey 2026, hosted by Surrey Co-production Network at the Mandolay Hotel in Guildford was a wonderfully interactive day, Leanne, Michael, Candice and Helen were invited to join.

✨Sessions and workshops with table groups exploring all aspects of co-production. From building pizza with Elmi, Crystal and Simon as we looked at alternative ways to co-production with creative ways.

✨Robyn and Rita opened with a powerful ‘The Spectrum of Participation’ presentation providing a reflective opportunity for everyone to review their current approaches.

🗣️Pro-Active Community member Michael said, “Everyone should do this with people then we’re all included the way that’s best”

🎉Thank you and congratulations to Megan Siarey Chloé Bryant Elmi Terjavjainen Colette Lane Guy Lucy Simon and Steve, a collective of 100 people all driving change to improve current practices and ensure equal, shared opportunities for those with lived or learned experience.

✨Alix Lewer CEO of Include.org led a workshop focusing attention on the importance of understanding different communication needs, ”without this, true co-production can’t happen”

🗣️Hearing Jo Cranfield from Surrey County Council sharing her own personal and professional experience of navigating the ‘glass ceiling’ was moving and hard hitting, while the final panel answered openly about their lived and learned experiences related to co-production - good and bad.

🎉Such a great day, thank you for showcasing the co-produced adult learner courses members of Pro-Active Community have developed with East Surrey College. Lots more to come!

✨Roll on 2027! Great to share today with so many co- production colleagues across Surrey Active Prospects, Michael Fullerton Hina Ashraf Candice Waterman Lucy Alexander Include.org
