A new location to Quality Check

💜June is off to a flying (rather wet) start for Quality Checker Robert, Pro-Active Community member, who visited a Surrey based Active Prospects UK home.

👀Robert was looking to ensure the home met with his expert eye on several criteria such as:-

✨a warm welcome
✨a good central location near public transport links and a community rich with social options
✨did everyone feel safe living and working there
✨were staff friendly and knowledgeable about their role
✨were all the necessary compliance elements met
✨do staff know peoples interests, hobbies, likes and dislikes
✨is the home clean, tidy and in good repair

👀The expert eye is always valued at these audits so thank you so much to manager Wendy and her staff for making Robert so welcome, despite the weather!
