The first Quality Checker visit for 2026
🎖️Quality Checker Michael visited one of Active Prospects UK Surrey homes today to look at how people supported there feel about the staff, homelife and opportunities they have living there.
“I’m doing a new course now, staff are helping me gain confidence in a place I’ve not been before. I sing and play guitar too, it helps me when I’m feeling sad or worried”
🎉Michael said how impressed he was with the welcoming appearance of the home, how kind and warm the staff all were and how much he liked the way the living rooms were all furnished.
🗣️Talking to staff and people living there, recommendations and compliments have been noted and a full feedback report provided to the manager and senior team at Active Prospects so these can be included in an action plan.
