🎉Thank you as always to Amanda Aldridge for meeting with Pro-Active Community Chair Michael, and member Mike to finalise all the event details for the upcoming Managing my Health.

✨This whole day in Learning Disability week, will focus on accessible ways of learning about what good physical and mental health looks like and how to manage it when it’s not going so well.

🎉Huge thanks also to all the partners taking part in the day, it’s going to be a superb opportunity to meet local representatives from all the NHS teams supporting learning disability, Surrey and Borders, Healthwatch Surrey Surrey Outdoor Learning and Development Lawrie Baker from Active Surrey, and partnerships across other local charities such as Include.org LinkAble Bloomin' Arts and Active Prospects UK with the same dedicated approach as Pro Active Community and Surrey People’s Group.
