Home sweet home

✅Another Quality Check completed by Pro-Active Community member Michael McLachlan, who visited a Surrey home managed by Active Prospects UK.

His detailed audit of all aspects of support, the home itself, the garden and of course the approach and work of the staff members, has been sent to the Board members Maria Mills Dan D'Amario Jade Vallance and Head of Quality Angella Chimenya so the suggestions can be built into the home Action Planner by home manager Karishma Maurya.

✨Several recommendations were made to make the environment even better, but Michael said how much he liked the home and activity plans the support staff arrange across the week.
