AICAN is launched- 3-2-1!

Congratulations to everyone involved in today’s launch of AICan- opened by Jade Vallance.

💜Pro-Active Community Active Prospects UK and Centre for Vision, Speech and Signal Processing launched this innovative, accessible website packed with resources, at University of Surrey.

🤖AI Can is a digital hub and training programme which aims to provide people with learning disabilities, autistic people, and their families/carers, guidance to use AI tools for day to day living and planning.

✨The project has been funded by Department for Science, Innovation and Technology but importantly co-produced with people who have lived experience.

🦶There are easy to follow step by step videos and guides on the website, and any organisation can use the training programme for people they support - you can message Joel Hartfield if you’d like to find out more, or go to www.aican.org.uk

🎉Huge well done to Candice Waterman Alice Murray Matt Leadbeater Armin Mustafa, Samaneh Kouchaki and Cross Origin for pulling out all the stops to complete this accessible project in just 4 months!

🎉Great to have guests from across Surrey who are eager to spread the word and share this fantastic website. Marion Leigh Amanda Aldridge Mary Hendrick Olivia Hilton
